I work with founders and boards when growth, complexity, or pressure has outpaced the current strategy, structure, or leadership rhythm.
Most of my time is spent building Indee. Alongside that, I selectively support a small number of companies at moments that matter.
Clarifying what actually matters now — and what doesn't
Surfacing the real constraints beneath stalled execution
Aligning strategy, people, and decision-making
Establishing rhythms that allow the organisation to move without constant intervention
The work is time-bound, high-leverage, and designed so the company does not become dependent on me.
I work at the intersection of:
I'm particularly useful when:
My role is to help the system see itself clearly enough that better decisions become obvious.
Working directly with the CEO and leadership team during periods of change or transition.
Bringing founder-level judgment, systems thinking, and long-term perspective at governance level.
Strategy resets, hiring inflection points, or moments where alignment has slipped.
I work with a limited number of leaders at a time and only engage where there is real appetite for clarity.
I've spent the last 20+ years building, scaling, and advising technology companies.
I also co-founded Vestd, the UK's first regulated equity management platform, and have lived the full arc from early-stage chaos through to board-level complexity. I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director.
Right now, I'm building Indee, a creator-focused SaaS platform designed around depth, ownership, and creative independence. We build simple tools sound practitioners can use to share their work directly with their audience and get paid fairly.
My work is informed by systems thinking and a long-standing contemplative practice — not as philosophy, but as a way of staying clear, grounded, and effective inside complex, high-pressure environments.
